It's great to hear that you've experienced the supportive culture and no-blame mindset that we work hard to build at Kraken. Creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to learn is incredibly important to us.
We're also aware that there’s always room to improve. We're growing rapidly to meet increasing demand from our customers, and with that growth comes change, complexity and, at times, growing pains. While that can occasionally feel chaotic, we're committed to learning, adapting and improving as we scale.
Developing exceptional leaders is also a key focus for us. We're investing in this through initiatives like our Leadership Development Programme (LDP), which helps managers build the skills, confidence and self-awareness needed to support their teams. As a business, we're learning together and continuously evolving how we lead, communicate and collaborate.
