1yThank you for your feedback it's really valuable to ensure that we can continue to get better as a business and as a team. As a growing company there are always topics that are still evolving.
I have positive news in that quite a few of the recommendations you've made are already in place. This includes performance pay structure, our buddy system for our new joiners and our evolving training materials. However, it's clear that we can improve in communicating these. Please do get in touch with your manager to find out more and in the meantime I'll work to communicate more broadly.
In terms of feedback and development, we have progression routes in place for the delivery team but career development is always unique for individuals! We've always prided ourselves on having squiggly line careers where progression is based on your skills and how you would like to grow, whilst feedback is something that every person wants delivered differently.
I really encourage you to talk with your manager to be clear on how you would like to receive feedback and to have a constructive conversation about what route you'd like your career to take. I promise, you we only want to make this happen for you!
