Strong mission statement and exciting growth, great opportunities to progress and learn, nice/friendly people sharing the same aspirations and vision, fast-paced changing environment, travel opportunities, the start of a good culture
Cons
Company is overall feeling growing pains. Senior management too busy to spend needed time on improving processes and adhering to better communication flows, culture isn’t as well translated in commercial teams as it is in product/tech teams, scope of working constantly changing, inefficient working practices with quick turn around asks, lack of feedback cycles and overall lack of feeling valued
