Big changes since aquisition - Marketing Associate Krames Employee Review

75% of my team has either been laid off or left due to lack of support from upper management and absurd expectations. 2 years ago I would have rated it a 5, now it's a 1, if that. Leadership is indecisive and short-sighted, refuses to rehire vacated positions and clearly doesn't see the value in a strong marketing team. Myself and everyone on my team are doing the jobs of at least 2-3 people and are still continuously being asked to do more without any sort of additional compensation other than superficial pats on the back.
