Not Your Typical Accounting Firm - Senior Accountant Kranz Consulting Employee Review

I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.

The compensation and benefits package is above industry average. Remote work is a great perk.

A recent addition to the leadership team has introduced a highly toxic, aggressive dynamic, and leadership has failed to address the rapid decline in team morale and productivity.
