1) You have the opportunity to get involve in different types of companies 2) You cam learn different accounting software 3) Supervisors are very supportive and knowledgeable. 4) If you asked for help, you will definitely find one 5) Flexible hours since everyone is remote, and you can work around the time 6) Salary is competitive and benefit is reasonable 7) Your work will be recognized and rewarded 8) Colleagues are very nice and supportive
Cons
1) Since the position is remote, you may feel disconnected with outside (There are some company events once a while to meet with colleagues near you) 2) Sometimes work can be overwhelmed (Good thing is, you will get pay for over time!)
