Pros
Many down-to-earth, hard working employees. Many dedicated drivers who truly love their riders and their work. Great vehicle maintenance people - that's the one department that has their stuff together. Good people at Rover. Coach-transit is a complete joke on the inside.
Cons
If you're not family, you're nothing. Management full of posers and brown-nosers. Family completely out of touch with the average working person. Benefits are horrible - lousy coverage and extremely high rates even for FT employees. Owners say they care but their actions are contrary. The whole family is stuck working there... and it shows. Everyone else is too scared to complain. The management team all in-fight like little children and behave themselves only when a Krapf is in the room.
