Culture: kind and familial - you would want grab dinner with any of your co-workers; everyone works together towards success - no one hesitates to help out another person, whether within your department or not
Innovation: everyone employs the attitude that we want to be better (and the best), and out-of-the-box thinking is always met with positive responses; this fosters our feelings of being open and honest about our ideas (and concerns) regardless of title
Growth potential: very attractive, both as an individual and as a company, there is plenty of room for growth; hard work is always recognized and rewarded
