Lots of company events that one's family is allowed to attend. It's a great company for advisors. The culture sounds great in theory.

Terrible communication and tech stack. No training offered for new employees. It was well known that a certain advisor was abusive to his assistants but no one did anything to stop it. The firm was known to be quick to fire people suddenly.
