Flexible working arrangements: occasional wfh was allowed with valid reasons (though I believe this policy may have changed recently) Learning opportunities: definitely learnt a lot and beyond my job scope, which has helped greatly in my professional development and prepared me well for my next role Supportive colleagues: most of my colleagues were genuinely helpful, collaborative which really helped create a positive working environment

Limited career progression: as it is a family-run business, opportunities for advancement felt limited, and internal dynamics could influence growth Below market compensation: salary offerings and benefits seems lower compared to industry standards Broad scope of responsibilities: taking on tasks outside the official scope was common. While beneficial for learning, additional responsibilities sometimes didn't feel like it was meaningful Complex reporting lines: Reporting structure was unclear at times, resulting in being passed between multiple stakeholders without a stable point of guidance - this was a huge pain point for me personally Minimal access to key leadership: communication with one of the director, who was my original reporting line, was challenging. Meetings were often cancelled, and I had fewer than ten proper face-to-face discussions during my 1.5 years there. Even in my last week before I left, we rescheduled twice and I eventually left without having a talk

To be very frank, speaking from an unbias standpoint this workplace is one of the best place to work in and im not exaggerating . Why? In terms of leadership across levels - they are very welcoming, understanding and nurturing for your career growth. Leaders are always open for your feasible ideas , embracing suggestions and taking them into consideration, regardless whether they are small or big, coming from which position/role. With these leaders, ur great effort will never go unrecognized if you have done well. They also provide constructive feedbacks / resources for you to grow In terms of culture, environment - this workplace is super inclusive and supportive, it felt like the people who works here, from bottom to top wants u to bond as a family and feel comfortable In terms of opportunities to learn and figure things out - just like many other workplaces, there wont be much handholding, many things you need to learn and figure it out on the job urself

At some point the work here will hit a ceiling and you wont have much to learn or do Full timers/ bosses here are very busy with their own workload, so you wont be guided much by them . So really a lot of self learning and asking questions Slightly far and crowded when taking public transport
