The job is fairly easy as far as the customer service stand point
Cons
No one really shows you anything. You are new to the company, and your training is mainly reading a book and just watching someone "who isn't a certified trainer" , do their job and you are there to help them do it. In other words, they use you as an extra body and instead of actually learning from start to finish, you are basically just being thrown in to help work a shift.
