Pros
Great startup to start and grow your career. Mohsen, Tomas and the rest of the management team are hardworking, dedicated and committed. The work is hard but rewarding and the compensation package is strengthened by stock options. Really a place where they recognize high performers and promote internally quickly. If you are new, and looking to grow yourself professionally and personally consider working at Kritik.
Cons
I worked in sales and sales is tough anywhere. BDR's are expected to work hard and have goals/metrics that they have to hit monthly. Although the team is supportive, there is an expectation that you perform.
