Thank you for your review and feedback. We are passionate about creating an open and employee-centric culture. We use CultureAmp for our employee surveys and use the points and data collated to create goals and action points for leadership and other business functions.
Our Townhall is a transparent and open space for employees to understand more about the direction of the business and to be kept in the loop with leadership choices and thoughts.
As a scale-up business, our challenge is building fast and at times appreciate this would mean re-doing work, we would would welcome suggestions by anyone in improving this aspect.
