Friendly and social team, balanced workload and senior management supportive of new ways of working/thinking.
Cons
Hierarchical, in that much responsibility piled onto Directors (who often appeared over worked) with no willingness to delegate certain tasks to SVPs or VPs to help with development (e.g line management).....presenteeism culture prevalent within my team. Lots of working during sick time/days off.
