Pros
I personally work remote full time which is very convenient. I save money on gas and food. This is not for everyone though and if you don't live at least 20 miles away from the office it is not an option for you. My team is amazing and I really enjoy working with my direct supervisors. They are always kind and understanding. Very helpful and always ready to assist if needed.
Cons
They pay under the median salary. They only raise pay by 2%-3% per year no matter how high your performance is so you make less per year when calculating inflation. You are only given 15 days of vacation per year including recognized Holidays. Very high turnover rate.
