Known brand, great delivery teams, one company (not franchise like Big4s), project variety and great place to learn about risk, fraud, investigations, restructuring, etc.
Cons
Current top management is clueless about what Kroll stands (or stood) for, and the pathetic choices made (e.g., downsizing cyber in APAC???) show an abysmal lack of understanding about business outside of North America. The top brass's lack of a unified vision has led to a growth strategy primarily focused on acquisitions. However, these businesses often operate in isolation, leading to limited organic growth and a lack of support for our employees. HR is a farce. The old quote, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others,” could not be more accurate (i.e. Borrelli Walsh)
