Very interesting client work, great colleagues with some really smart people, nice and well organised office environment, flexibility for hybrid working, some inspiring female leaders
Cons
Poor culture from senior management only focused on making margins for PE investors, very siloed service lines due to many acquisitions over the years, more incentive to earn cross-service referral fees than making revenue for own service line, various cost cutting exercises, lack of focus on employee well being and career progression
