- Good pay - Remote working - Some teams are better than others

- Ended contract early for myself and every other contract staffer over Christmas to save money, only to try and rehire me a few weeks later - Micromanagement, overloading with work - Did not receive any promised benefits i.e company laptop - Was not put on the projects I was told about at interview

Don't bother, they don't give a; you know what.

Unreasonable Management, you need to listen.
