- Good pay - Remote working - Some teams are better than others

- Ended contract early for myself and every other contract staffer over Christmas to save money, only to try and rehire me a few weeks later - Micromanagement, overloading with work - Did not receive any promised benefits i.e company laptop - Was not put on the projects I was told about at interview

Its located in a nice area. The park is beautiful and near a lot of nice cafes, bars and shops.

Undervalued Hostile working environment Internal Bullyng within team and higher management Instill fear, rather than empowerment Limited growth opportunities Understaffed, thus more work placed on employees, which in turn leaves one feeling extremely burnt out Poor salary which does not take into account the immense overtime hours
