Pros
Good pay considering the economic situation. Not like the good old pulp and paper days but still very good. Challenging - you can learn something new everyday if you want to. Lots of possibilities to implicate yourself to find improvements to be made.
Cons
There was a lack of training in my beginning, i had to learn a lot on the spot. They are trying to improve this. Rotation shifts Day-Evening-Night, its 24/7 production so no way around this unless you get a job thats 9-5 weekly
