Pros

Nice new building Diverse client load Casual dress code

Cons

They pay isn’t really worth the stress and frustration. I have seen account managers extremely stressed to the point of getting sick and/or angrily yelling at their work stations to release tension. They try to hide behind the fact that they have a “hard working team.” However, there are plenty of companies with hard working teams and a solid work environment. Also, there is a lot of work gossip and cliques. Being catty is apart of how they communicate. It’s simply unprofessional. Lastly if you are looking at the company reviews. Pay close attention to when the positive reviews come in. It’s usually when they get an influx of negative reviews not because someone from the team feels inspired to take the time to leave a review. I would bet that the positive reviews are from the same people. Also saying “childish crying” is unprofessional and a reflection on their bad environment. Any business that truly wants to grow would take the negative feedback back as constructive criticism instead of becoming defensive. It’s time to wake up Krush, your unhealthy work environment is unsustainable and wrong.

Pros

Krush has changed so much over the past year. We've doubled in size and added so many departments, it's truly amazing. The people are the best. I've made so many friends. The support is fantastic. The clients are exciting. We've purged so many clients who have been aggressive. That was vindicating to watch. The creatives are hands down the absolute best. Account Managers hustle and our Project Manager is killing it learning our new Workamajig software. Clients frequently give us their Thunder or other sports tickets out of appreciation.

Cons

I'm not sure what to say. The growth has made us learn to become efficient and effective. It's really hard to be mediocre at Krush, when you are surrounded by so many experts. So you dive in face first, or you realize you should do state or other corporate work.

Pros

Plenty of personal independence & autonomy.

Cons

Highly toxic environment where issues are avoided by leadership to help with their own anxiety, this is done until it erupts and starts affecting everyone. Lots of crying, I’ve never worked somewhere in this industry where I see people get so stressed and overwhelmed until they cry… plus there is a lot of bullying that takes place. It’s just weird. In addition to this expectations are not clear and your job role can rapidly change over night leaving you confused and uninterested.
