      Pros

      Open environment, friendly, talented personnel. A lot of driven people and a great place for beginner and intermediate professionals. Many opportunities to succeed.

      Cons

      Small company, so experiences on larger projects are harder to come by. Salaries try to be competitive, but have a hard time keeping up with high-paying O&G jobs.
