      Pros

      Great product which is helping patients with genetic disorders. Great pipeline.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible, lot of politics, micromanagement, favoritism, No work ethics. They don't even know the word empathy exists. It better to be jobless than working for these unethical management

      Incredible technology and very good pipeline based on the same technology.

      A lot of travel, physician burnout, potentially old/bad data used to hunt leads.
