Pros

Convenient office location. Management is only husband and wife.

Cons

Payroll inconsistent, biweekly pay not semimonthly. No strategy and plan on expanding the company. Company made a bunch of terrible hires and have no plan on growing the organization. Mandatory office role with being in office 5 days a week.

Pros

I doubt there are any. As soon as I get the chance, I'm leaving for better opportunities.

Cons

There are a lot of things to hate about Ktek Resourcing. I've been here for quite a while, and I have to say, working here has been the worst mistake in my entire life. I'm always exhausted and burnt out because of how horrible my work-life balance is. Hours are long, breaks are short, and workloads seem endless. Even outside of work hours, I'm still expected to be on call and ready to accommodate work, leaving little to no time for my personal life. Managers are unreasonable. They set a lot of unrealistic expectations and make a lot of ridiculous demands; they don't even provide you with any support or guidance. Whenever you make a mistake, they severely reprimand you in front of your coworkers. They couldn't care less about you or your feelings, they only care about themselves. There aren't any opportunities to grow. I've seen a lot of talented and hardworking employees go unnoticed and have their efforts dismissed. Ktek Resourcing doesn't care about rewarding employees; it only cares about making money. Lastly, job security is a joke. Regardless of how long you've worked here or how much you've contributed to the company, if your usefulness has run out, the leadership won't hesitate to boot you out of the company ASAP. They don't even bother to help you find a new job; they just leave you to struggle all by yourself.
