Pros
The only Positive thing which i found out during my stay at Kualitatem is that, you have direct access to your Team Leader, because he is sitting next to you because of worst sitting capacity arrangements, and lowest most possible work environment standards.
Cons
1. Interview is just a formality, there are 80 percent chances you are in because of high employee turn over ratio which is never exposed to any meeting or annual events denying the basic concept of transparency. 2. If you are picked up as an internee, then you have miserable life because of not getting any pay or allowance for 3 months or more, and afterwards salary is given but after much miseries. 3. Pay day is 10th which 4 our of 10 times get to 12 or 13th of month denying the employees from fulfilling their billing commitments, and putting the burden of late payments in many cases on them and in return violating their on contract to which employees are never allowed to question or get compensation. 3. Newly joined candidates are always enthusiastic and they cash in their energy by using the false name of Challenging environment, but reason behind that is their false/ over commitments with the clients by portraying the false capacity and expertise of resources within the organization. 4. Current or potential employees are easily trapped through their on-site engagements which include international travel and here the game begins because employees are treated like non-human things because of work environment 1 thing, and because of not paying timely TA/DA there are well causing employees to pass through mental trauma. 5. Challenging environment has completely different interpretation in kualitatem, as one day you are working on 3 projects, while the next day you will be moved to another 3 projects again because of false management commitments with clients. 6. Management will never intervene if project goes wrong and put the blames on employees, but this is totally change if project is going good due to employees' extra efforts and management is always there to take the credit/ shields, leaving behind the employees 7. If you are recruited as full time employee, then again the game starts as you get into the difficult and management favor contracts, and in the end you are forced to leave by giving your salary instead of taking something from Kualitatem. 8. You will be notified just 1 day before moving abroad, considering you a slave being the employee of company, and you never know when you are coming back to meet the family. You have to obey as they say or plan and if you deviate a little, you will be severely punished not only financially, but mentally and professionally as well by planning to destroy your career. 9. Network situation is worst in the company, and in term of any network delays, you being and employee/ slave of Kualitatem are responsible of any delay in completing the assigned task. 10. Management attracts the potential employees and clients by using sugar coated designations like “Head of Products and New Initiatives” while taking Nill Initiative in the past decade. Such designations are again just used to trick the clients. 11. Important point here worth mentioning that these people send Employees on foreign assignments illegally. They don’t have any work permit and send employees on visit visas while making them work 20 hours per day and not speaking about visa status with anybody so that their bad face is not shown and also if such company is caught in such engagements then according to laws over there, it can be banned for life, while many other legal cases can be filled. 12. last thing last, if you join, be ready for traumatize both physically and mentally, be ready to get yourself trade off professionally, and also get yourself ready to put career in danger.
