Pros
Having worked for several web hosting companies, I had no idea Kualo even existed. Then I was completely blown away at the level of professionalism, courtesy, and work environment efficiency. I learn something new every day, and the staff and management are top-notch.
Cons
Due to there being few employees, there's only a little backup coverage currently, would be helpful to find more people like them to work with us.
