There's a reason they pay so well. If you're a person with an immense amount of self-loathing, this is the perfect company for you! Upper management is extremely uncommunicative and disagreeable. If you choose to work here, expect to be disrespected, demeaned, and viewed with an endless amount of needless suspicion by your higher-ups. There are absolutely no opportunities for growth within this company. Management positions are given out as personal favors to the friends and family members of the owner. Safety is frequently compromised in the pursuit of marginal profit. The leadership of Kubick Aviation Services has absolutely no belief in or respect for the idea of work-life balance. Working here, you are not a person, but rather a commodity whose loyalty and dignity can be bought and sold by a group of insecure nepetists.
