Pros
From the interview process to my first day on the job, the most standout aspect has been the people. The company fosters a culture of transparency from leadership down, and you can always count on the support of your colleagues to help you succeed.
From a personal development perspective, this was my first experience in a role of this kind, and I was provided with comprehensive training and the time needed to get up to speed. Additionally, the chance to collaborate with some of the world's largest firms has been an invaluable opportunity for growth and learning
As a small business with high growth ambitions, there will be a lot of career development opportunities across multiple teams,
Cons
Personally, I don't have many cons. Each team is required to be in the office a certain number of days per week, with one set day for the entire team. This may not be everyone's preference but adds to the team culture when you are in.
As a smaller company, some processes are still being established, but this also provides an opportunity to be creative in your role and actively contribute as new systems are developed.
