Kubrick Group Response
2yThank you for your response.
At Kubrick we are dedicated to creating an environment where every employee feels valued and heard. We have implemented a number of initiatives that promote employee well-being; further enhancing the positive and collaborative atmosphere such as we are proud to champion our events and webinars centred on issues of inclusion, community groups like our Women's Network and LGBTKubrick+, our Diversifying Data podcast, key partnerships like Women In Data, Black Girls in Tech and Neurodiversity in Business, our Diversity Champions and new Head of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) who keep us accountable, and our upcoming annual DEI survey which will help shape our strategy and next actions. We look forward to sharing this publicly soon.
From a communication standpoint, we recognise that this is an area we need to improve and have been making significant changes in recent months. We hold all-employee webinars on a quarterly basis. These webinars are delivered by the senior leadership team and always include a Q&A which is an open forum for questions. We will always respond to questions, whether that’s during or post-webinar. Additionally, consultants have a Consultant Success Manager who supports them during training and on client placement. At a minimum, consultants will have quarterly 1:1s with their CSM throughout their 2-year journey with Kubrick and they can reach out to their CSM or the wider Success Team for additional support or information and support at any point. Lastly, we recently implemented an Employee Insights Board that is made up of consultants and HQ staff across the UK and US. This board is responsible for capturing feedback from across the business and feeding it back to leadership, and that feedback is considered when implementing future change.
If you would like to discuss any of the points raised, please reach out to your CSM or speak to a member of HR.
Many thanks,
Kubrick
