Pros

You get paid to learn and up-skill in relevant industry knowledge. Interesting bench projects.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company fails to uphold its promises regarding transitions to full-time roles or client placements, often placing blame on consultants instead of addressing gaps within the sales team and management strategy. Their business strategy seems designed to attract high-quality talent into contracts that offer minimal protections for consultants. Management appears disengaged and unmotivated, despite being fairly-compensated, and recent hiring freezes, consultant layoffs, and an office downgrade reflect a troubling trajectory. While there was potential for growth in the U.S. market, management’s scarcity mindset may ultimately hinder the company’s success.

Pros

This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancies.

Pros

The training program in London was great. I met a bunch of wonderful people that I still engage with now.

Cons

They laid off a third of the consultants waiting to be placed with a client in the US. This is their second time doing this after saying it wouldn't happen again.
