      Pros

      I was lucky to join and get on to a client right before the bench issues became a thing. Communication with the team was clear throughout my time at a client.

      Cons

      You are locked in to work at a client for 2 years. Also there were issues with client allocation, leading to a buildup of the Consultant bench resulting in layoffs. However, it seems that these issues have since been resolved.

      Pros

      This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

      Low pay compared to other consultancies.

      Pros

      The training program in London was great. I met a bunch of wonderful people that I still engage with now.

      Cons

      They laid off a third of the consultants waiting to be placed with a client in the US. This is their second time doing this after saying it wouldn't happen again.
