- Management is in panic mode and jumps on every single buzzword to find something to sell - Technological choices are not driven by engineers but through top down undocumented decisions. - No visible career opportunities - No salary evolution - Devs are leaving or getting fired and the software engineering teams are massively under staffed - Technical debt - Some employees are privileged and protected even if they underperform just because they befriended the right manager. - Not a lot of benefits (i.e.: 4 weeks of vacations, seriously)
