Pros

The mid-level management team and solution principals are forward thinking and taking steps to improve products and grow the company.

Cons

The CRO came from the consulting world and has no prior experience managing a sales territory or a sales team. CRO doesn't value experienced sales people as true professionals who over time hone their craft. CRO has unrealistic short term expectations for acquiring new accounts.

Advertised as "start up" inside an 80 year old swiss company, Very corporate (not very start up-y), still figuring out what it wants to be, no KPIs for this role,
