We consider the turnover within normal (and healthy) range for consistency and institutional knowledge, but still new ideas and experiences entering the organization.
You’re right – we do ask our consultants to identify follow on work or cross-sale opportunities because we know they are trusted by the client and would only make suggestions if it was in the clients’ best interest.
Team members are compensated like other consulting firms, and we benchmark our team's compensation packages against industry standards to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
