Remember, 8.5 hrs + Lunch + Breaks, so you end up staying in office atleast 9.5 hours every day. - They recently hired me and fired after just 7 months, saying they don't have any projects. - The HR will give you all false commitment when they hire you. - All managers are having atleast 10+ yrs in the company, didn't even know to communicate in english, and they don't value the New People who joins the company. - They makes the senior people who was lateral hire to report to junior folks in the office only because they have relationship with managers, and absolutely not based on the knowledge. - Only people who are there in the office are just less then 5 years of total experience, who is not technically sound. Everyone was just getting fired because they are high paid. - They don't have skills and fire just because you are more paid, and keep all the underpaid people in the projects, and expecting them to deliver. - Managers will dominate lateral hires, and absolutely they have no ears to listen what you wanted to tell them, and you have to just follow their lame commands. - All they will make you to do is POC, and they never win any projects in real.
