I am BSc (Comp. Sci) graduate & i got opportunity to work with Kumaran, got opportunity to work in various technologies and gained domain knowledge , which helps me to get north America exposure, like me there are many of my friends are settled in north America. good company and more possibilities to get North American exposure. up to 7 years good company to work.
Cons
not growing as other IT companies because of lack of business focus, they have very good technical people who can bring new business but I don't why Kumaran is not growing.
