Not advisable to join this organisation - Programmer Kumaran Systems Employee Review

There are no projects in Banking , Insurance , Telecom , Migration and also like no good opportunities for developers to code for the existing projects jus like support activities to be done , they are asking employees to quit the job giving volunteer resignation , worst company culture , and very poor management , don't expect salary to be credited in notice period , for the existing support projects also they want to work on saturdays and sundays , no career growth , don't have exposure to learn or work on coding backgrounds , not a good place for experienced professionals....
