      Good with children I enjoy working with kids and can communicate at their level while keeping a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

      Cons

      Wanting to take on too much I sometimes try to help too many students at once. I’m working on prioritizing and pacing myself.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
