The job is basically an Area Manager role, and you’ll be handling around 10–20 centres across different regions. Even though they say it’s WFH, there’s pretty much no work life balance because you’ll still be working after office hours. The targets and deadlines can be quite unrealistic, so the workload gets overwhelming really fast. On top of that, there are constant back to back meetings, discussion, etc and many of them honestly unnecessary that cut into your actual work time.
