      Pros

      You get to work with *really* great people. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Constant changes in management. Promoting people to management with no training. No growth. Low pay...unless you are male.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
