      The tutoring center's hours were good for after-school and weekend hours as a high school student working there, and it provided decent tutoring experience

      The pay was minimum wage for a relatively high volume of work, and the employers were often impatient and rude with both employees and students

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
