      Pros

      The schedules are set and do not change weekly/bi-weekly. Great, positive atmosphere to work in. If you have an interest in teaching, Kumon will allow you to interact with a wide age range of students

      Cons

      lunch breaks are not paid! I wish there were more hours of operation. No other cons I can think of
