      Pros

      Really respect the system they've devised - offers a really holistic educational experience. Never received even a tiny pay raise in my 2 years working there though, which is ridiculous.

      Cons

      Sometimes understaffed and thus more pressure to grade and perform within unrealistic time frames.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
