      Lots of interaction with kids, relatively easy job, experience motivating very young people to reach their educational goals, sometimes cute/funny things happen at work

      Cons

      You are (and feel) easily replaceable, very tedious and repetitive work, questionable impact on the actual academic performance of the kids, minimum wage job with little to no upward mobility

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
