      Pros

      Working here gave me the head start in my career as an educator. I met wonderful people in this job and made some great friends with the staff. The work was never to hard and working two days a week was nice.

      At my location there wasn't any cons. The staff, students and parents were great

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
