      Pros

      - Shifts are very flexible - Kids are nice

      Cons

      - Manager was very strict... If you made a tiny mistake, would call you out in front of EVERYONE and practically embarrass you (you're expected to mark very very fast, so obviously one is bound to make mistakes) - Don't really get a chance to talk to or get to know other co workers - No room for growth

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
