Pros
I feel like I'm truly doing something valuble with the hours I put in. I've seen the centers and worked with the students and seen the impact Kumon has in such young people all the way to the older ones. I've finally realized the difference between a job and a career.
Cons
I can't say there are cons because I love my career in all aspects from the people I work with, too the children Kumon influences.
