Pros
I worked at two different centres and at each one I learnt so much (both about teaching generally and the Kumon method). What was clear was how much the instructors care about all the children attending and they consistently went out of their way to ensure each child received the attention and support the deserved.
Cons
Some children don't learn in the same way Kumon wants them too, some centres will adapt their teaching/support methods and some won't it just depends.
