Unable to get to next level with current top management team. Company had massive financial opportunities during Covid but couldn't to get products thru approval process. Can’t execute. CSO and direct manager. Missed meetings more than attended. and, when present was deep in his phone, missed commitments constantly. More interested in his chemistry set and new toys. Unprofessional and unengaged. CTO constantly changing focus and direction. One time it’s ISO, next it’s Project management, next time another potential customer or products. Unsuccessful in all of them. Incompetent. Uncommunicative.. No business or engineering best practices all seat of the pants and notebooks. Never could get them try simple DOE. Attempts to drive SPC in to production failed. No performance reviews or raises. Pay is significantly less than median in SJ. In fact, the one bonus plan I was able to negotiate prior to starting was placed on permanent hold 3 months in to my stay. Poor leadership and untrustworthy. Beware.
