Fun product to work with, redid marketing room which was nice

Company hired on a whole new marketing team and within the year dissolved the team. Fired their best workers for no reason after calming the company was projected for "big growth." I am almost positive it was because people where white and they only wanted to rehire asians. It was one of the strangest working environments I have experienced. CEO was in Japan and used tactic of fear on employees and pushed everyone to be in early and stay late with dirt pay. They also fired someone for coming in a minute late each day. And there were ZERO benefits - no health, dental... nothing. Lots of drama and bullying in upper management - which was more or less a joke of management. Everyone left the company and I heard of some sketchy financial practices from the top.

The fine art supplies as a product is straight forward and easy to sell.

Those in executive management seem mentally unstable and lack the ability to build teams that stay with the company for more than a couple years.
